THE RULES

The rules noted below must be followed. The rules noted below may change
at any given time. If you break a rule, you will receive a warning.

Bans:

After
3 warnings, you will receive a temporary ban of up to 2 weeks. If you
receive 3 warnings within a one week period, you will receive a ban of
up to one month. You have a right to PM (private message) the Admin
(Seppie) to repeal your ban, only if you believe that you received the
ban under false circumstances. You will be given this chance on your
third warning.

Posting:

You
have a right to post in any topic that you wish. You may post anything
so long as it is relevant to the topic at hand. If what you have posted
is irrelevant, you will be told so and you must edit your post. Failure
to do so will result in a warning, deletion of your post, and possible
revocation or your rights to post in that forum altogether. If you post
anything that is considered 'mature content' as defined on Wikipedia,
the content must be contained within a spoiler and you must clearly
label that the spoiler contains mature content.

'Mature Content' as defined by Wikipedia:

Contains content that is considered unsuitable for people under 18 years
of age, and cannot be bought by anyone below that age. These may
include adult video games that show sex and graphic nudity, extreme violence and blood and gore.

Flaming:

Anyone
who is caught in the act of 'Flaming' or 'cyber-bullying' will be
immediately banned. The ban will last 2 weeks, and when you return from
the ban you will carry the title 'Flamer' as to let the world know that
you were a participator in such an act.

'Cyber Bullying' as defined by Wikipedia:

individual or group, that is intended to harm others".^[1]As it has become more common in society, particularly among young
people, legislation and awareness campaigns have arisen to combat it.

Posting Topics:

You are free to post any topic in any forum, so long as the forum description says it is allowed. If you post a topic in another person's forum, such as a Columnist's (example: Evie's forum, Thoughts Run Free), then you will be temporarily banned for one week and will lose all topic-posting rights for one month.

The following list is a generality of rules to be followed, as well as acts of courtesy.

site. The above rules can be changed at any time without notification.
If need be, the rules will be modified to ensure that the act does not
happen again.
